1. Refund Eligibility
We offer customers a refund within 15 days of service activation. If you wish to cancel a service for any reason, you must contact us within this 15-day period to request a refund.
- If a refund request is not made within 15 calendar days, no refund will be issued.
- Any advance payment or deposit that has not been refunded may be retained if you fail to request a refund within the specified timeframe.
- If a service is canceled within 15 days of subscription, any fees charged for that service will be refunded.
- No refunds will be processed for services canceled after 15 days.
2. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
Truck Dispatching Services
- Refunds apply if incorrect dispatch details were provided by our team, leading to a failed service.
- Scheduled dispatch services not fulfilled due to errors on our part are eligible for a refund.
- If a cancellation is requested within 5 days of booking and the service has not started, a refund will be processed.
Energy Solutions (Gas & Electric)
- If the requested service could not be activated due to a technical issue from our provider, a refund may be issued.
- Incorrect charges due to a billing error on our part are eligible for a refund.
IT & Web Services
- If a technical service was not completed as agreed in the contract, a refund may be granted.
- Major performance issues that were not resolved despite multiple attempts may qualify for a refund.
Cable Internet Services
- If the service was not activated due to an error on our end, a refund may be processed.
- If a cancellation is requested within 7 days of activation and no usage has occurred, a refund will be issued.
Vehicle Insurance Services
- If an insurance policy was purchased but not activated due to an administrative error, a refund may be granted.
- If a cancellation is requested before the policy start date, a refund may be processed (cancellation fees may apply).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Services that were successfully delivered as per the agreement.
- Customer-requested modifications to dispatch routes after confirmation.
- Failure to provide accurate or required information for service activation.
- Service disruptions due to third-party providers, network issues, or force majeure events.
- Usage-based services where the customer has already received benefits.
- If your existing service is replaced or upgraded, as service modifications do not qualify for refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Review Process: We will evaluate your request and respond within 7 business days.

In cases where only a portion of the service was impacted, a partial refund may be issued based on the level of service provided and the disruption experienced.
